My Fiancé and I have just recently moved in have been extremely satisfied with every aspect of the Landing Apartments. The bedrooms are very spacious and the open concept kitchen/living is fantastic! Even though we have a ground floor unit, there is a lot of natural light that comes in to brighten up the place.
Living here was the best choice we ever made! We moved from 10 hours away for college and were concerned with the poor reviews, we decided to take a chance and we are so glad we did. This complex is so beautifully remodeled, the community is so friendly, we’re right next to a ton of shopping and the college is within walking distance. Management has been so friendly in making sure we’re always taken care of, and maintenance is always super helpful and on the ball for any & everything you’d need.
The best apartment I’ve had since in four years. The apartments are freshly updated and cozy! My bedroom was my absolute favorite, it was big with lots of light and good closet space! Kitchen was honestly perfect! Maintenance was fast, efficient & friendly! The office managers were always very helpful & friendly (which seems to be a rarity in the Kalamazoo Area). Pool & gym were always clean & never crowded! Honestly was kinda of sad to move out & leave.
I absolutely love it here. It’s close to so many good schools and parks as well as being just down the road from all the major shopping centers. I have never had a problem living here and I’ve been with the landings for about 6 years. The office staff are super friendly and Maintenance is always super helpful. It’s a great neighborhood and a great community.
Quick response & fast service. Thank you Landing!!!
Nice clean updated apartments, great office staff, maintenance is prompt. Would recommend
I absolutely loved my time here. I've moved across the country multiple times, the leasing office is by far the easiest to work with staff I've encountered and they genuinely cared that I enjoyed my time here. The apartments themselves were great, newly renovated and the kitchen is the most spacious I've lived in (with new appliances too). Highly recommend The Landing if you're moving to kalamazoo, if I didn't have to move out of state for work I would've re-upped for another year in a heartbeat
Pretty nice apartments, very friendly staff in the leasing office if sometimes a bit busy, but during this time of the year that is understandable. The older apartments (non-renovated) are actually quite charming. Smell and look reminds me of my Grandma's old house and in a GOOD way. That cozy, warm, kind of feeling. If you like newer stuff just get a renovated unit! I hear they are pretty nice!
The staff is always very helpful. Maintenance arrives the same day I filed a service order. Glad I moved here!
Love living here!!! The office staff and maintenance staff always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. The grounds and buildings are always kept clean. BEST place to live!!!!!
The new management and maintenance teams have really taken over the place for the better. I've lived here long enough to see some things, but they are at their best. Renovating inside and out daily. Everyone is friendly, including neighbors and the Westwood neighborhood. Hoping rent doesn't go up, as it has every time I sign a new lease. We love it here, isn't there a loyalty plan? ;)
I lived here for a little under 2 years. The unit I had was on the 3rd floor, and I really had relatively zero issues while I lived there. The only complaints I have are the older metal stairwells, which are only noticeably a pain when you're moving in and out. Aside from the standard issues (sometimes neighbors, other times road noise) I really had relatively little issues. I didn't really have many interactions with other residents - to me it seems like most people here kept to themselves.
Not a bad place to be. Quiet usually and nothing bad so far. Staff are always respectful and maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
This is my first apartment and it's worth it for the price in Kalamazoo. We have one of the older apartments that aren't renovated and I wish we could've gotten one of the renovated apartments because they are soooo nice! all of the staff, including maintenance, has done an awesome job keeping the place clean and making sure things run smoothly. I recommend this place because it's a pretty crime-free neighborhood and the apartments are wonderful if you're just getting on your feet.
